Job summary

UnitedHealthcare is seeking a Sales Account Manager for the New York Essential Plan to drive enrollment growth and strengthen relationships with provider offices, community organizations, and other stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in B2B/B2C sales, CAC NYSOH certification, and proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Marketplace CAC NYSOH certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days.
• 2+ years B2B, B2C direct marketing, outside sales or community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Enroll eligible members across EP/Medicaid/CHP lines and build key accounts.
• Present health plan information to providers and community partners.
• Serve as primary contact for members to ensure enrollment experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and enrollment targets in assigned territory.
• Conduct product information presentations in homes and other settings.
