Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an ESS Tech Specialist 3 in Tysons, VA. The role requires SECRET clearance with potential TOP SECRET/SCI eligibility, and hands-on experience in Windows Server, AD, GPOs, and networking. You will work with engineers to support cyber-physical systems on mission-critical projects.

Responsibilities include server builds, virtualization with Hyper-V, and creating system documentation; expect travel up to 50% CONUS/OCONUS and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Requires ACTIVE SECRET clearance with ability to obtain TOP SECRET/SCI.
• Extensive experience with Windows Server, AD, GPOs, and system administration.
• Strong networking, cybersecurity knowledge, and ability to read engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot a wide variety of technical issues in the field with diverse project teams.
• Perform server builds, AD configuration, and server administration tasks.
• Document systems in Visio and maintain hardware/software lists in Excel; develop SOPs.
