M.C. Dean, Inc. in Tysons, VA seeks a System Engineer 3 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit. You will help design, engineer, integrate, operate and maintain advanced electronic security services for federal, local, and commercial customers.

The role requires building, testing, and deploying data center and cyber-physical solutions, with travel up to 25%, top-secret eligibility, and strong collaboration with executive leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Experience developing hardware/software for data center and virtual infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis, engineering, and deployment of system improvements.
• Develop roadmaps to meet customer goals and mission priorities.
• Document designs and changes to data center infrastructure.
