Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with college coursework in accounting or related field.
Two years of clerical accounting experience including accounts receivable.
Ability to communicate with parents, staff and outside agencies.
Strong ability to balance and reconcile accounts and prepare financial records.

Responsibilities

Assist external auditors by compiling requested records and coordinating audits.
Collect and account for monies and fees; process invoices and post tuition data.
Monitor registrations and attendance for ESS and Smart Steps programs.
Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable; generate invoices and collect past due payments.
Provide customer service to parents regarding billings and program policies.
Enter registrations and track attendance; maintain financial records and reports.
