Job summary

Collin College is seeking a part-time Esports Program Assistant to support daily operations, practices, events, and broadcasts at the Frisco campus. You will help manage equipment, set up gaming stations, and assist with travel logistics while promoting a positive team culture among student-athletes.

Ideal candidates will assist with recruitment, skill development, and content creation, coordinating with coaches, staff, and campus stakeholders to sustain a safe, engaging esports environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years' experience in record keeping, vendor relations, and event setup for campus activities.
• Experience coordinating esports events, practices, and travel logistics.
• Familiarity with esports titles and streaming/broadcast workflows.
• Strong communication with players, coaches, and campus stakeholders.
• Ability to balance academics and extracurricular commitments for student-athletes.
