We are searching for candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience and are able to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
Support the daily operations of the esports program by assisting with team practices, competition logistics, and equipment management. Help maintain gaming systems, support broadcast and streaming activities, and ensure players have a safe, organized, and competitive environment. Collaborate with coaches and staff to promote positive team culture, uphold program standards, and enhance the overall student esports experience.
Perform other duties as assigned. Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with college policies, procedures and Core Values.
Light Work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly having to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for the Sedentary Work category and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated Light Work. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Office environment. Occasional physical effort required.
Associate degree and two (2) year's experience in record keeping – managing books, people, order generation, communication with vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, inventory management, student interaction (guidance and tool management), safety monitoring and guidance, set up / tear down of displays and demonstrations for events (industry context not mandatory).
