Coordinator of Esports
Student Worker - $15/hr (PT)
Non-Exempt
Supports the daily operations of the Hill College Esports program. Assists with student-athlete recruitment, onboarding, team and player coordination, practices, competitions, events, and program activities. Provides support with recruiting communications, player information, scheduling, and Esports program initiatives while serving as a positive representative of Hill College Esports.
Currently enrolled as a full-time student at Hill College and maintains a minimum 2.0 GPA.
Previous experience or participation in Esports, competitive gaming, gaming organizations, or related activities is preferred.
Assist the Coordinator with the daily operations and organization of the Esports program.
Support student recruitment efforts by communicating with prospective students, following up with recruits, and maintaining recruitment information.
Serve as a positive student representative of the Hill College Esports program.
Assist the Coordinator with initiatives that support the growth and success of the Esports program. Provide input and ideas related to student recruitment, engagement, retention, events, and overall program operations.
Work closely with the Coordinator to support the effective operation of the Esports program. Assist with communication and coordination among students, prospective students, recruits, families, and other individuals involved with the program.

This position may require a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, competitions, tournaments, and other Esports events.
Light work: exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of force greater than that for sedentary work.
This position requires extended periods of sitting and working at a computer.
