Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to support store operations in Johnstown, CO. The role involves unloading freight, restocking, displaying products, and assisting customers while following merchandising guidelines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience; strong organizational and teamwork skills are valued. Schedule includes evenings and weekends, with an average of 20 hours per week for up to 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1-3 months related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to be organized, multitask, have problem-solving skills, and maintain all aspects of a merchandiser role.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight and tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow the Line Leader checklist and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly store and back stock areas with general cleaning and organization.
• Work independently and as part of the team; exercise judgment with tact.
• May include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
