Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a part-time merchandiser to unload, tag, and stock merchandise while assisting customers and team members. The role supports floor displays and back stock areas, ensuring products are presented well and replenished promptly.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training. Expect varied hours, including evenings and weekends, with opportunities to grow within Scheels' ownership culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang and price merchandise for the sales floor or back stock.
• Restock merchandise and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow shop priorities using Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain orderly appearance and cleanliness in store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and as part of a team with good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Be flexible to varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
