Job summary

Scheels is hiring a Merchandiser to support our sales floor by unloading freight, tagging, folding, stocking and pricing merchandise for display. Responsibilities include restocking, assisting customers and sales associates, following shop guides, and coordinating with shop managers to place mannequins and moves, with varied hours including evenings and weekends.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, strong organization and teamwork skills,

Qualifications

Ability to be organized, multitask, have problem-solving skills, and maintain all aspects of a merchandiser role.

Responsibilities

Unload product from freight and tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for display.
Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to the floor for display.
Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
Follow the Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
Maintain an orderly appearance with general cleaning and organization around store and back stock areas.
Work independently and with the team; demonstrate attention to detail; adapt to varied hours including evenings and weekends.
