Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a store merchandiser in Minot, ND, to unload freight, restock, and set up displays. You will assist customers and colleagues and follow shop guides to prioritize needs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 months of related experience. Expect a physically active job with varied hours, including evenings and holidays, supporting a customer-first environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor and bring products to display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with retrieving and loading purchased products.
• Follow the Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs.
• Coordinate with Specialty Shop Managers and display teams on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly appearance with cleaning and organization in store and back stock areas.
• Willing to do other tasks as assigned by leadership and Merchandising Lead.
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
