Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of sales experience.
• Proficient using a personal computer and handheld scanner; familiar with MS Office, Google Docs, and AS400.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor with courtesy and welcome them into the store.
• Engage customers, determine needs, recommend products, and promote Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Grow personal sales by meeting goals and following Scheels' sales standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and assist with freight and stock.
