Job summary

Scheels in Johnstown, CO is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to help keep the floor stocked and inviting. You will unload freight, tag and price merchandise, restock displays, and assist customers and teammates while following shop guidelines.

The role offers 20 hours per week with evening shifts and weekend coverage. Base pay is $16.00 per hour; Scheels provides ESOP, employee discounts, and community volunteer time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months of related experience or training, or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as part of merchandiser duties.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight and tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise.
• Restock and bring products to the floor for display.
• Assist customers and sales associates with loading purchases.
• Follow Line Leader checklist, walk-through notes, and merch guides.
• Coordinate with shop managers on shop moves and mannequin placement.
• Maintain an orderly appearance in the store and back stock areas.
• Work independently and with the team.
• Exercise judgment and tact with all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Willing to perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Schedule may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
