Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Fleet Asset Coordinator to support equipment asset management, procurement, and deployment across projects. You will help ensure accurate asset data, coordinate transfers, and assist with compliance and reporting in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

This entry‑level to mid‑level role partners with Fleet Operations, Procurement, Finance, and Project Teams to keep assets available and properly documented, enabling reliable project execution and cost

Qualifications

Three years of DOT or fleet administration experience.

Responsibilities

Asset Administration & Tracking: Maintain equipment records in asset management and ERP systems; update locations, status, ownership, and assignments.
Procurement Support: Create purchase requisitions, track orders, and manage vendor communications.
Equipment Deployment Coordination: Schedule equipment transfers and onboarding; monitor availability.
Compliance & Branding Support: Maintain compliance records and branding documentation.
Reporting & Financial Support: Prepare routine fleet/asset reports and assist budgeting/forecasting.
Process & Administrative Support: Maintain procedures, assist data cleanup, and support process improvements.
