Job summary

Securitas is seeking an ESOC Supervisor in Houston, TX to oversee daily ESOC operations and lobby security, ensuring effective monitoring of security systems, proper incident escalation, and outstanding customer service.

You will lead a nine-person security team, provide coaching and training, manage shift coverage, document incidents, and maintain compliance with client policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily ESOC operations and ensure security systems are monitored effectively.
• Monitor incidents and ensure escalation procedures are followed.
• Support alarm, CCTV, access control, and incident management functions.
• Maintain situational awareness and documentation of incidents and shift activity logs.
• Verify compliance with client security policies and post orders.
