Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Manager of ESL Programs to drive academic and language outcomes for emergent bilingual students. You will coach teachers, APSS, and school leaders on CBLI strategies and multilingual frameworks across secondary grades and content areas.

Focus on implementing KIPP Texas's Get Ready!, Summit K12, and 7 Steps to a Language-Rich Interactive Classroom while monitoring progress and providing targeted feedback to improve language development and achievement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ESL certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as assistant principal, school leader, or instructional coach.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental.
• Proven track record driving emergent bilingual academic and linguistic growth.

Responsibilities

• Coach teachers and APSS to implement CBLI strategies.
• Observe classrooms and provide actionable feedback.
• Monitor ELDA/TELPAS progress with data analysis.
