KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a Manager of ESL Programs to drive academic outcomes for emergent bilingual students. You will coach teachers, APSS, and school leaders on ESL frameworks (CBLI, Get Ready!, Summit K12, 7 Steps to a Language-Rich Interactive Classroom) and monitor progress across secondary grade bands and content areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred in multilingual education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years as assistant principal, school leader, or bilingual instructional coach at secondary level.
• Valid Texas Teaching Certificate + ESL Supplemental.
• Proven record of emerging bilingual academic and linguistic growth.

Responsibilities

• Effectively coach teachers to improve instructional effectiveness.
• Provide support to secondary schools by coaching APSS and leaders to implement CBLI strategies.
• Lead APSS and teachers in setting measurable goals and providing ongoing support.
• Conduct individualized coaching sessions to observe ELDA instruction and develop actionable strategies.
• Ensure ELPS alignment and linguistic accommodations for students.
• Facilitate PLCs and data team meetings focused on bilingual achievement.
• Plan and co-lead content and data teams implementing CBLI with adopted materials.
