Job summary

KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking an ESL Paraprofessional to support Emergent Bilinguals and assist the LPAC Coordinator with documentation and compliance. The role centers on classroom language supports and data management within an urban Texas school network.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish preferred), has a high school diploma, and can engage with students, families, and staff to promote academic success and cultural inclusion.

Qualifications

• Experience using data systems like Ellevation or similar platforms.
• Bilingual and biliterate in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong commitment to supporting multilingual learners and academically underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with language supports in classroom.
• Support LPAC process by helping with documentation and data management.
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Multilingual Education team.
