Job summary

Hoke County Schools - Federal Programs seeks an ESL Parent Liaison/ESL Title III Data Manager for the Raeford, NC area. This 11-month, full-time role reports to the ESL/Migrant Coordinator and the Executive Director of Federal Programs, with salary per the NC State Salary Schedule.

The position requires strong English/Spanish communication, data entry accuracy, Excel/PowerSchool skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams to support Title III families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of 48 hours of college credit.
• Demonstrates effective oral and written communication skills in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provides information to Title III families about procedures, programs, and policies.
• Participates in meetings/workshops to support Title III families and staff.
• Supports students in academic success and attendance.
• Participates in home visits to enhance student success and parental understanding.
• Assists with resources and communication for Title III families.
