Job summary

The Multilingual Learners (ML) Case Manager at KIPP Chicago plays a central instructional role, directly impacting the academic success of multilingual learners at a KIPP Chicago school.

You will provide ESL instruction with small groups, maintain records, screen and test, communicate with families, and collaborate with the School Leader to ensure compliance and progress for ML students across the school calendar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Illinois PEL with Bilingual/ESL endorsement is required.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach ESL/bilingual instruction to ML students in small groups.
• Maintain records, screenings, testing, and parent communication for ML students.
• Coordinate with School Leader and ML team to ensure compliance and progress across the ML program.
