Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years in an administrative or management role
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Strong knowledge of ESL/EFL educational practices

Responsibilities

• Open/close classes and assign instructors within curriculum and budget
• Hire, orient, train, supervise, and observe instructors
• Provide guidance and feedback to instructors for classroom success
• Monitor student progress and maintain academic records
• Advise students on courses and services to support academic progress
• Collaborate with staff on customer service and program quality
