Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ESL/EFL, TESOL, Applied Linguistics or related field.
• Two years of prior teaching experience with adult learners preferred.
• Knowledge of language teaching methodologies and linguistics basics.

Responsibilities

• Teach courses up to 27.5 hours per week.
• Prepare and submit lesson plans prior to each session.
• Grade and provide timely feedback on student work.
• Evaluate and monitor students’ progress using assessments.
• Deliver engaging instruction with student-centered activities.
• Maintain SAP records reporting student progress to Academic Dean/Program Manager.
• Provide academic advising to support student growth and retention.
• Attend quarterly instructor in-service meetings.
• Complete at least two professional growth activities annually.
• Organize and lead quarterly field trips for student enrichment.
• Contribute to program improvement by providing feedback and participating in committees.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
