Job summary

Everpure, a technology leader, seeks a Senior Manager, External Reporting to own U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting integrity. You will partner with Finance, Legal, IR and external auditors to ensure accurate disclosures across filings, MD&A and EPS analysis.

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC public company reporting with hands-on technical accounting work (ASC 718, ASC 340-40).
• Experience reviewing cash flow statements, stockholders’ equity, EPS and related schedules.
• Proven ability to lead SOX/DC&P frameworks and leverage ERP systems and modern reporting tools.
• Strong capability in automation or AI-enabled tools to improve data validation and disclosures.
• Outstanding cross-functional leadership, mentoring, analytical and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy support, XBRL tagging).
• Oversee tie-out of financial statements, MD&A, cash flows, stockholders’ equity, and EPS disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC rules (Reg S-K/S-X), and DC&P controls.
• Manage external reporting calendar and coordinate with finance, legal, IR and auditors.
• Review accounting analyses and journal entries for stock-based compensation and ASC 340-40 costs.
• Support capitalized costs and amortization related to contract acquisition; impairment reviews.
• Develop memos for complex accounting matters and strengthen internal controls (SOX).
• Assist earnings releases and coordinate with IR; liaise with external auditors.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to tie-outs, variance analysis, and disclosures.
• Promote efficient reporting via Workiva, ERP systems, and other platforms.
