GLS US is seeking a highly organized Compliance & ESG Specialist who will also serve as Executive Assistant to the President & CEO. This hybrid role coordinates compliance, ESG governance, and executive priorities with confidentiality and cross-functional alignment.

As the trusted extension of the President & CEO, you will organize workflows, prepare leadership materials, track commitments, and ensure accurate information and documented processes support compliance and ESG obligations.

Formación

• Relevant experience in compliance, ESG, sustainability, governance, executive support, or a comparable role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, stakeholders, and confidential matters with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive-level materials.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate compliance programs, policies, documentation, training, assessments, and corrective-action tracking.
• Support ESG governance, data collection, validation, documentation, and reporting.
• Prepare ESG dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
• Manage President & CEO's calendar, travel, and confidential communications.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and meeting notes for executive meetings.
• Track commitments and actions, follow up with owners, and escalate issues.
