• Document Preparation: review escrow contracts, enter title orders, collect documentation, and assist with title policies.
• Client Coordination: coordinate with clients and external parties, schedule closings, support escrow officer.
• File Management: open/close escrow files, prepare recording/disbursement documents, order payoffs/reports, maintain client communication.
• Financial Transactions: manage deposits, assist with fund disbursement, verify title premiums and recording fees.
