Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review escrow contracts for accuracy.
• Enter title orders into the company system.
• Gather documents required for escrow.
• Clear title and assist with title policies.
• Coordinate with clients and external parties throughout the escrow process.
• Schedule closings with buyers, sellers, title agents, and stakeholders.
• Support escrow officer as needed.
• Open and close escrow files and prepare documents for recording and disbursement.
• Manage deposits and assist with fund disbursement.
• Verify title premiums and recording fees prior to disbursement.
