D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support the Financial Services Escrow Branch. You will prepare escrow files, order title commitments, and coordinate closing documents with lenders and customers to ensure timely closings.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or related experience and provides opportunities to collaborate with mortgage and title services teams within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Six months to one year related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgements to all parties.
• Order title commitments and distribute to all parties.
• Order and update payoff/assumption statements as requested.
• Prepare receipts for funds from customers and lenders.
• Order wire transfers and provide wiring instructions.
• Assist branch manager with administrative tasks.
