Hudson United Title Services in Nanuet, NY, is seeking a Title Escrow Clerk to join our close-knit team. You will oversee daily reconciliation of escrow and operating accounts, manage fund flows for real estate closings, and ensure disbursements align with contracts.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years in escrow or title accounting, and strong Excel and accounting software skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of escrow or real estate title accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Understanding of RE/Title process and escrow regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily reconciliation of escrow and operating bank accounts to ensure absolute accuracy.
• Manage the flow of funds for real estate closings, ensuring all disbursements are handled promptly and according to contract terms.
• Communicate directly with title officers, lenders, and banking partners to resolve discrepancies and clarify financial requirements.
• Prepare internal financial reports that give our leadership team a clear picture of our operational health.
• Review ledger entries to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and state-specific escrow regulations.
• Support the month-end closing process by maintaining meticulous records and documentation.
