Qualifications

• Three or more years of escrow or real estate title accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong reconciliation knowledge and bank escrow regulations.
• Clear verbal and written communication for internal and external use.
• New Jersey/Florida title insurance accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reconciliation of escrow and operating accounts.
• Manage funds flow for real estate closings and disbursements.
• Communicate with title officers, lenders, and banking partners to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare internal financial reports for leadership.
