Futura Title & Escrow in Gearhart, OR seeks an Escrow Assistant I to support our escrow team and deliver a smooth, professional experience for clients. You will prepare and review documents for escrow transactions, communicate with clients and partners, and maintain accurate records in organized transaction files, while assisting the Escrow Officer with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for escrow transactions
• Communicate with clients and partners to ensure a seamless process
• Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files
• Support the Escrow Officer with administrative and transactional tasks
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet clients professionally
• Open orders, manage file setup, and handle funds and documentation
