The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in escrow or related roles, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and escrow software.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review documents for residential, national, or commercial transactions.
• Analyze escrow instructions, purchase agreements, and title commitments.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth closings.
• Maintain accurate records and organized transaction files.
• Assist with payoffs, balancing, wire transfers, and recordings.
• Support training of entry-level staff.
