Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking an Escrow Coordinator to ensure accurate loan payments and reduce risk in high‑risk escrow accounts. You will oversee quality control, analyze payments, and drive process improvements within the Escrow Operations team.

The role focuses on resolving discrepancies, supporting escalation management, and mentoring teammates to sustain operational excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or Vocational/Technical School training/degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of directly related experience required.
• Analytical Skills: strong analytical abilities for thorough review and analysis of loan files and data.
• Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: keen attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Independent and Initiative: ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Computer Proficiency: proficiency in computer systems and web inquiries.
• Regulatory Knowledge: solid understanding of escrow servicing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Quality Evaluation: primary contact for human quality control, ensuring payments are processed accurately and compliant.
• Payment Accuracy Analysis: analyze payment data and account transactions to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Decision Making: make informed decisions regarding payment processing and handling exceptions.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain documentation of quality control activities and outcomes.
• Investigate root causes of escalations and develop resolution plans.
• Proactively address inquiries, rectify errors, and reconcile discrepancies to uphold quality standards.
• Mentorship: guide colleagues, provide training and support within Escrow Operations.
• Identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement in data processing and drive efficiency.
