Job summary

Allied Solutions is seeking a meticulous Escrow Coordinator in the United States. You will serve as the main human quality control, ensuring accurate loan payments and mitigating risk in high‑risk accounts across the Escrow Operations department.

Responsibilities include quality oversight, discrepancy analysis, and escalation support, with mentorship duties and process improvement initiatives for the team. A strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and regulatory knowledge are essential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate/technical training preferred.
• 2–3 years of directly related experience required.
• Strong analytical abilities for reviewing loan files and data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for findings and solutions.
• Keen attention to detail and data integrity in loan processing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Understanding of escrow servicing regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: ensure loan payments are accurate and compliant.
• Payment accuracy analysis: investigate discrepancies and root causes.
• Decision making: handle adjustments, corrections, and exceptions.
• Documentation: maintain clear records of QC activities and outcomes.
• Escalation support: investigate root causes of escalations and plan resolutions.
• Client communication: address inquiries and reconcile discrepancies across channels.
• Mentorship and workload support: guide colleagues and help meet productivity goals.
• Lead special projects to drive process improvement in Escrow Operations.
