Allied Solutions LLC is seeking an Escrow Coordinator to join our Escrow Operations team in Carmel, IN. This role focuses on meticulous quality control of escrow payments, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while supporting leadership in improving processes.

Key responsibilities include evaluating payments, analyzing discrepancies, making informed decisions on adjustments, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of directly related experience required.
• Analytical skills for loan data review and decision-making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight: primary human QC ensuring accurate loan payments and policy compliance.
• Payment accuracy analysis: identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Decision making: adjust, correct, and handle exceptions in payment processing.
• Documentation and reporting: maintain records of QC activities and outcomes.
• Escalation support: investigate root causes, plan resolutions, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentorship: mentor teammates and support Escrow Operations.
• Process improvement: identify improvement opportunities and drive efficiency.
