Job summary

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a meticulous Escrow Coordinator to oversee quality control of loan payments and analyze discrepancies. You will support the Escrow Leadership team and drive process improvements within Escrow Operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate handling of high-risk accounts.

The role requires 2–3 years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive, independent work style. A bachelor’s or equivalent may be preferred.

• Analytical skills for thorough review and data analysis.
• Strong, clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Quality Evaluation: ensure payments are accurate and compliant with policies and regulations.
• Payment Data Analysis: identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, implement corrective actions.
• Decision Making: handle adjustments, corrections, and exceptions; escalate when needed.
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records of QC activities and outcomes.
• Client/Escalation Support: investigate root causes and develop resolution plans; address inquiries.
