Job summary

Responsibilities

• Quality Oversight to ensure payments are accurate and compliant.
• Analyze payment data to identify discrepancies or errors.
• Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Make decisions on adjustments, corrections, and exceptions.
• Document and report quality control activities and outcomes.
• Investigate escalations and develop resolution plans.
• Mentor colleagues and support process improvements in Escrow Ops.
