Ideal candidates bring attention to detail, comfort with high-volume workflows, and strong written and verbal communication for coordination with lenders, attorneys, and clients.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail with numbers, legal documents and financial records.
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional customer service.
• Following procedures, checklists and compliance requirements consistently.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel; comfortable with related systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-closing files and review executed documents for completeness.
• Process and document escrow funds including wires, checks and refunds.
• Balance transaction files and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and track recordable documents and coordinate recording.
• Prepare lender/post-closing packages and electronic submissions.
• Track originals, checks and time-sensitive deliverables.
• Support title policy preparation and delivery.
• Maintain accurate files and communicate with attorneys, lenders, clients and vendors.
