Qualifications

• At least 5 years of escrow management experience, handling sales and refinance files from start to finish.
• Experience closing residential and commercial transactions.
• Strong computer skills, including RBJ.
• Excellent communication and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of escrow officers and assistants.
• Oversee operations, systems, and file distribution for seamless processes.
• Manage opening of new transactions, prepare escrow documents, audits, titles and disburse funds.
• Address transaction issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Establish and enforce guidelines to optimize team efficiency.
