Job summary

UWM in San Diego is seeking an Escrow Coordinator to oversee and guide the TRAC+ Closing team onsite. This role will ensure compliance with state-specific closing and escrow requirements and will work closely with internal teams to meet licensing needs and deadlines.

Applicants should bring at least five years of escrow leadership experience, the ability to obtain state licenses as needed, and strong communication skills to support timely loan closings.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience as an escrow officer or escrow supervisor in a title or escrow company.
• Provide oversight and guidance to team members to ensure compliant loan closings.
• Ability to obtain individual escrow state licenses as needed.
• Strong leadership experience in current or prior roles.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
