HomeLight is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage contracts from start to finish, ensuring timely, accurate closings. You’ll verify documents, coordinate with lenders, and maintain strong industry relationships to move transactions forward.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years escrow experience, a TX Notary and escrow license, and solid MS Office skills. This on-site role supports agents and buyers with exceptional service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of escrow experience, front- and back-end.
• Notary public and escrow officer license as per state requirements (TX).
• Technical knowledge of the closing process and industry standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• A to Z: manage contract from start to finish to close timely and accurately.
• Verify paperwork to ensure escrow closes on time.
• Coordinate with lenders/underwriters to fund transactions.
• Build relationships with agents, attorneys, lenders, surveyors, and agencies.
• Market our business by delivering white-glove service to agents.
• Train escrow assistants and delegate tasks while auditing work.
• Be present at closing to ensure a smooth, positive experience.
