Job summary

Workway BancForce seeks an Escrow Officer in the Jacksonville, FL area to manage real estate title files from contract through closing disclosures and closing packages. You will coordinate with lenders, builders, buyers, and agents to ensure accuracy and timely handoff to the mobile notary for closing.

Required is 3–5 years in a Title Closer role, with Florida Title Agent License and Notary preferred. Proficiency in SoftPro is a plus and the role requires independent work and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Title Closer.
• Experience handling real estate files from contract to closing.
• Ability to balance with lender and coordinate closing package.

Responsibilities

• Handle a Real Estate Title file from Sales Contract through Closing Disclosure and closing package.
• Balance the file with the Lender.
• Serve as liaison between Builder, Buyer, Lender, and Agents.
• Review closing documents for accuracy and hand off to Mobile Notary for closing.
• Work with minimal direction.

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have an Escrow Officer opportunity with a well-established national Title Company for their office located in the southside area of Jacksonville, FL.

Your specific duties will include:

• Knowledge and ability to handle a Real Estate Title file from Sales Contract through preparing the Closing Disclosure and closing package.
• Balance the file with the Lender.
• Act as a Liaison between the Builder, Buyer, Lender, and Agents.
• Review all closing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, and hand off the file to the Mobile Notary for closing.
• Must be able to work with little direction.

Required qualifications for the position include

• 3-5 years of experience in a Title Closer role.

Preferred qualifications for the position include

• FL Title Agent License
• SoftPro software experience
• FL Notary
