Job summary

Workway, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join a growing title and escrow firm serving clients nationwide from Houston.

You will prepare and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders, and accurately disburse escrow funds with related reporting. The ideal candidate holds an active Escrow Officer license, demonstrates exceptional customer service, and has a solid understanding of escrow and title processes, mortgage loans, title

Qualifications

• Active Escrow Officer license.
• Proven track record of exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of the escrow and title processes, relevant regulatory guidelines, and company policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver closing settlement packages to agents, buyers, sellers, brokers, and lenders.
• Accurately disburse escrow funds and complete related administrative tasks such as reporting.
• Review all documentation, including title commitments, purchase and sale agreements, and lender instructions, to ensure readiness for closing.
• Monitor transaction progress to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of the purchase contracts.
• Communicate and coordinate with industry professionals, including realtors, loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, and sellers.
