Job summary

Trust Title LLC is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to own escrow transactions end-to-end, from intake to funding, in Plano, TX. You will guide the team across functions, ensure accuracy and compliance, and work directly with ownership to refine systems and scale the operation.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of escrow experience, strong knowledge of title and full workflow, and familiarity with TitleWave or Qualia. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Own escrow transactions end-to-end from contract to funding.

• Maintain accurate accounting, reconciliation, and clean files.
• Review title and resolve issues pre-closing.

You’ll oversee the full transaction lifecycle from intake to post-closing , guide team performance across every function , ensure accuracy and compliance, and work directly with ownership to refine systems, improve execution, and scale the operation.
** Compensation and Benefits:**

• On-target earnings: $80,000+

Qualifications

• Able to handle a high volume of calls and file management
• Knowledge of audits (TDI) and fraud prevention
• Strong communication, client management, and team coordination
