Qualifications

• 3–5 years closing experience in Colorado title insurance

• Title insurance producer license preferred, obtained within 90 days of hire

The role will involve working closely with residential real estate professionals and performing various tasks related to the escrow process.LOCATION:This position is fully onsite in our Boulder, CO office and supports a collaborative team environment at: 4875 Pearl East Circle Suite 300 Boulder CO 80301JOB DESCRIPTION - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Completes real estate escrow transactions by determining requirements; clearing title requirements; assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents; disbursing funds.Resolving title defects; satisfying existing liens and encumbrances against property or principals.Work closely with real estate brokers, lenders, attorneys, consumers, etc., and closely adhere to their transactional instructionTimely, thorough, coordinated, and eloquent communication with all of the parties involvedFollow company standards and guidelines when processing transactions - as well as abiding by all applicable State or Federal laws and regulationsMaintain privacy and confidentiality of company information, customers and co-workersClosing consummation: review and execute closing documents with the parties - answer questions and check the documents for completeness and accuracyPost-closing: Electronically record documents. Digitize company records. Disburse funds.Performs other duties as assigned by supervisorEXPERIENCE:Exceptional customer service skills, detail oriented, excellent communication and organizational skillsMinimum of 3-5 years closing experience in the title insurance industry in ColoradoUnderstands escrow/closing standards, title commitments and requirements, real estate regulations and guidelines, proration, per diems, lender documents, real estate documents, document preparation, etc.Team player, self-starter, committed, dedicated, respectful and hard workingCandidate must possess the ability to work independentlyCandidate must be comfortable meeting with clients and prospects in varied settingsCERTIFICATES/LICENSES:Notary Public, State of Colorado, preferredTitle Insurance Producers license, preferred must be obtained, within 90 days of date of hireCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSFNF, its affiliates, and subsidiaries carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, specialty, experience, and work location. Based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience, this position has the potential to earn compensation in the range of $20.00 – $25.00 + Commissions hourly. Actual rate may vary within the range provided, depending on a number of factors, including skillset, experience and location.
