We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Closing Officer to manage real estate closings for a brand new branch office. The Closer will be responsible for preparing closing documents, coordinating with all parties to the transaction, and conducting closings in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review closing documents in accordance with Texas promulgated forms
• Explain settlement statements and documents
• Ensure compliance with TDI, RESPA, and TRID
• Balance and reconcile files prior to funding
• Coordinate funding and disbursement
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage the staff to grow your market share

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Texas title closing experience
• Knowledge of Texas title insurance practices
• Experience with title software
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential and refinance experience
• Notary Public
