Professional Alternatives in Austin, TX is seeking an Escrow Officer to manage the full escrow process in a fast-paced, on-site role. You will coordinate with builders, buyers, lenders, and realtors to ensure accurate closings and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of escrow experience, knowledge of CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines, and an active Notary Public commission. A high school diploma is required, with a title/escrow license preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of escrow experience, preferably with builder accounts.
• Knowledge of escrow procedures and title software; Notary Public required or active.
• Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage escrow from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing closing documents per CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines.
• Review and verify survey, title reports, contracts, and lender documents for accuracy.
• Order necessary documents and coordinate with the title department to resolve title issues.
• Conduct face-to-face closings, explain lender documents, and handle disbursement of funds.
• Record legal documents and coordinate title policy preparations.
• Maintain communication with builders, buyers, lenders, and realtors throughout transactions.

Join our Client's team as an Escrow Officer, managing the full escrow process in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Based in Austin, TX, you’ll ensure smooth closings and excellent service for our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage escrow from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing closing documents per CFPB/TRID and RESPA guidelines.

• Order necessary documents (HOA Cert, Tax Cert, Survey) and coordinate with the title department to resolve title issues.

Qualifications:
