Fiveforks is seeking an experienced escrow officer in Dallas, Texas to manage the escrow process from start to finish. The successful candidate will ensure timely closing of transactions, maintain detailed documentation, and collaborate with clients and lenders.

Manage the escrow process from start to finish, ensuring transactions close smoothly and on time.
Review and prepare contracts, disclosures, and closing documents in compliance with TILA, Fair Housing, and other applicable regulations.
Coordinate with lenders, real estate professionals, and clients to provide proactive communication and problem-solving.
Examine public and tax records to confirm title status, resolve curative issues, and determine insurability.
Deliver accurate title commitments following company policies and procedures.
Act as a trusted resource to less experienced team members.
Maintain detailed documentation of all transactions and communications.
Minimum 5 years of relevant escrow/title experience.
Demonstrated success with a verifiable book of business.
Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, contracts, and mortgage servicing processes.
Familiarity with FNMA guidelines, loan origination, and underwriting practices.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear, professional communication skills with clients and colleagues.
Proficiency with 10-key typing and accurate transaction calculations.
High school diploma required.
Bachelor’s degree nice to have, but proven experience is most important.
We provide a premier compensation structure designed to reward your expertise:
Base salary: $55,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and market conditions.
Commission: Escrow officers earn on a sliding scale—the more you close, the higher your percentage.
Profit Sharing: Eligible officers receive a significant monthly share of branch profits—creating owner-like upside without the risk. This is on top of your base salary and benefits.
