Job summary

The Loan Servicing Specialist II - Escrow role supports accurate mortgage servicing, focusing on escrow administration, tax and insurance payments, and reconciliations to serve members and communities.

You will collaborate across teams, handle escalations, and help enhance servicing efficiency while delivering high-quality service. Hybrid work model with in-office days is available.

Qualifications

• Experience with escrow administration, tax and insurance payments, and escrow analysis.
• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with members, teams, vendors, and service providers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Process Tax Amount Reports (TARs) and ensure accurate tax information and payments.
• Review borrower tax bills and coordinate updates for accurate reporting and payments.
• Manage Help Scout requests with timely, accurate service.
• Provide consistent phone coverage for mortgage servicing operations.
• Analyze escrow disbursements, identify variances, and adjust escrow requirements.
• Review negative escrow, delinquent tax, and PMI reports and follow up.
• Perform annual escrow analyses for accuracy and compliance.
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and coordinate corrections.
• Monitor delinquent property tax statuses and coordinate with authorities.
