Job summary

D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Manager-Title to support efficient escrow/closing functions at the Florida branch. You will work under the Branch Manager, overseeing personnel, equipment, and resources, ensuring smooth escrow processing and compliance with licensing requirements.

The role involves supervising multiple staff, developing customer relationships, and occasionally traveling overnight to support operations. A Notary Public in the state is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Six to eight years of related experience and/or training.
• Must meet state licensing, bonding and CE hours requirements.
• Notary Public in the state of the branch.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email.
• Ability to sit for majority of an 8-hour workday.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training for all escrow office employees.
• Solicit escrow and title business from realtors, lenders, builders, sellers and buyers.
• Supervise branch activities including escrow procedures and bookkeeping.
• Establish relationships to promote the company's goodwill and future business.
• Supervise escrow functions and implement procedures from leadership.
• Perform tasks of Escrow Receptionist, Technician, Assistant Officer, and Officer.
• Direct activities of other branch personnel in escrow functions.
• Supervise other office staff per company policies.
• Perform other tasks to support branch operations.
• Conduct business professionally to increase goodwill and profits.
• Overnight travel may be required.
