First American is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Escrow team in a fast-paced environment, overseeing branch operations, driving market share growth, and aligning unit goals with the First American brand in your local market.

The role involves managing funds and real estate transactions, acting as a neutral intermediary between buyers and sellers, and mentoring staff to deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of escrow officer experience.
• 3+ years demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• Strong time management, team performance, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction, the operations and revenue generation for branches and key accounts within a defined geographic area.
• Act as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers during real estate sales.
• Manage funds and processes real estate transactions.
• Align branch goals with business unit goals.
• Maintain client base and resolve escalated issues; provide guidance on products, services, policies, or transactions.
• Perform duties of an Escrow production position.
